Introduction to plant-based nutrition

A common question we are asked as a vegan community kitchen is how do you get all the nutrition you need on a plant-based diet? Hannah Walker is a registered dietitian and Made In Hackney teacher and nutritional consultant, she knows all about healthy plant-based food.

About the event
In this one-hour session host Sareta Puri will talk with Hannah about:
1. How to create a nutritionally balanced plant-based meal from whole foods.
2. Myths around vegan food and nutrition such as protein and iron sources.
3. Hints and tips on easy ways to bring more health benefits to your classes.

When you register a place you can submit questions in advance for us to cover and there will be time for Q&A at the end of the session.

To get the most out of this session it is recommended that you register for access to free resources and support at www.globalplantkitchens.org.
